Facilities Engineering

Facilities & Piping Design

Concept development, FEED and detailed design for facility piping and equipment — process and instrumentation design (P&IDs), equipment sizing and selection, and site layout with 3D modelling — from design basis through to issued-for-construction packages. Our integrated teams coordinate piping, mechanical and supporting disciplines, drawing on industry tools such as CADWorx alongside our own automation.

Management of Change (MOC)

Our MOC process is the change-management home for sustaining-capital work across disciplines — facility, process and pipeline modifications alike. We provide structured evaluation and documentation: engineering review, hazard and risk assessment, code-compliance verification and as-built updates, so every brownfield change is assessed for safety and operability before it reaches the field and stays auditable afterward.

Process Studies

Process reviews and studies that confirm safe, efficient operation, surface debottlenecking opportunities and inform sustaining-capital decisions well before detailed design begins.

Brownfield & Greenfield Delivery

As a fully integrated engineering and project-management consultancy, we are equipped for new construction and for modifications to live operating assets, coordinating closely with operations to keep schedules tight and disruption to a minimum.

Vessel & Tank Engineering

Pressure-vessel design and analysis to ASME Section VIII — full vessel analysis, nozzle load evaluation and design verification — alongside storage-tank engineering and assessment, non-code vessel evaluation, and P.Eng. review and stamping support for vendor calculations and drawings.

Structural & Skid Engineering

Skid structural design, pile and foundation loading, piperack reviews, and lifting and rigging engineering — the structural backbone that facility packages depend on, coordinated with piping and mechanical from the start.

Commissioning & Decommissioning

Pre-commissioning and commissioning support that takes new and modified facilities from mechanical completion to steady operation — and, at the other end of the lifecycle, decommissioning and discontinuation engineering that retires assets safely and in line with regulatory requirements.
